The resources available on Superior Tradelines’s website are helpful, but there is not much of it. The latest posts on the website are from October 2019, and some of the sections only have a few posts, some of them dating from 2013. The site is written in a friendly, personal voice, and it has a lot of heartfelt advice on what’s doable and what’s simply illegal about buying tradelines specifically and credit repair generally. But the site is also full of mistakes from wrong words to misunderstandings of legal terminology that should make users think twice before trusting everything said on the site.
The site does not have any calculators or a spreadsheet of different tradelines offered, and users may have to call and give information about themselves before they can get an idea about how much this tradeline experience will cost them. Some online reviews have given Superior Tradelines one star because they refer users to Credit Repair Connection as a service that they do not want.
Superior Tradelines may be right for some customers, but for most people who just want the simplest way to improve their credit, Superior Tradelines may be more than they bargained for.
Superior Tradelines Strengths
Superior Tradelines greatest strength is the direct, plain advice they give on their website. They talk to you as a person who has hopes and expetations of being able to find a quick fix for credit problems and provide you with good information to make those expectations reasonable. They also have a full FAQ page that answers many of the questions people who have not used tradelines before can access to prepare them for the process.
The prices of the tradelines are not the cheapest in the industry, but Superior Tradelines is honest about giving you decent service at a fair price. Their refund policy for tradelines that don’t show up on your credit report is also a sign of good-faith that will put some prospective customers’ minds at ease.
Superior Tradelines also offers a free, in-person consultation before you buy or sell a tradeline. Though this may be more work than some customers want, it shows Superior Tradelines takes each customer experience seriously.
Superior Tradelines Areas for Improvement
The first, most obvious place where Superior Tradelines falls short is in the copy for its website. For example, in an article about a competing tradeline company the site says, “Grand Teton Professionals, LLC, which offered a wide range of credit-related services, was enjoyed (i.e., prevented by a federal judge) from operating certain aspects of their business.” The word is enjoined, and as anyone who has had to deal with lawyers knows, words matter. The fact that the writers for the site don’t understand the legal terminology they are trying to explain does not build trust with this reviewer.
But problems with the service may go beyond not investing in their website. Our own analysis shows that their products are not the best or the least expensive on the market. And online reviews are either five stars or one star. That’s a problem because a normal distribution will look like a bell curve, not a U. When you do see a U curve in reviews, it’s usually because the site being reviewed has tried to seed review sites with paid-for, five-star reviews.
Is Superior Tradelines Right for You?
If you are the kind of person who wants to have an in-person call with a customer service representative before you pull the trigger on buying a financial service, Superior Tradelines could be the right fit for you. On the other hand, other services offer more information and cost less.
It’s important to keep in mind that tradelines are not a permanent fix for poor credit. Once you have been taken off a tradeline, your credit may revert back to where it was before you were added.

Decently priced tradelines are worth looking at, but the customer experience, including the website and its educational offerings, are not as good as the best in the industry.
Tradelines cost between $700 and $1500 for quality tradelines, which is on the more expensive side of the industry cost spectrum. Some deals for $400 and under are available, but they are not the highest quality and the duration of the tradeline is short.
Inventory is diverse with decent variety. A majority of lines have been open at least 4 yrs. Only 6% of lines are over $30,000.
The company is not very responsive by phone and there is no live chat on the website (that hasn’t been updated in over six months). But there is a lot of decent written advice on the website.
Superior Tradelines offers a refund if a tradeline doesn’t show up on your credit report within a month. The low quality of their website does not inspire trust, however.
